On-Campus Lodging
Oregon State University Dorms
Lodging on campus is available during the conference and is within walking distance to the conference venue. Reservations for campus lodging must be made when registering for the conference. One breakfast per room, per night is included.
PLEASE NOTE: On-campus housing is only for single or double occupancy and is not available for those who are under 18 years of age. For families or others that may have minors in their groups please utilize our hotel options when planning your accommodations for BCCE 2020.

Housing Accommodation Descriptions:
Traditional- or standard-style residence hall accommodations with rooms located along a corridor and community bathrooms. Each room is equipped with twin beds, wardrobes and desks. A community bathroom is a multi-user bathroom that is shared by multiple residents in a hall. Community bathrooms include multiple sinks in an open area, multiple individual toilet stalls and multiple individual shower stalls.
We also have suite-style buildings, featuring rooms with in suite shared and private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a sink, twin beds, wardrobes, and desks. The rooms in the suite are adjoined by a bathroom with a toilet and shower (similar to a “Jack and Jill” bathroom in a home). There are a limited number of rooms with a private bath available.
